The Ella Marie Apartments in the heart of Portland's Buckman neighborhood chose me to design and paint a mural for this wall facing a public green space. After offering multiple ideas my client picked one of an orchard with Mt. Hood in the background. This imagery was inspired by the fact that Cyrus Buckman, who the neighborhood was named after, was an orchardist.
